We do not sell doors. We only sell the sliding hardware.

We normally have every product in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you on the website.

Sliding doors are space-saving instead of a classic swinging door. You can use sliding doors in various applications: interior or exterior, as a room divider, a closet door, a shed door and more!

Yes, just make sure that your door meets the weight and thickness requirements indicated on each product sheet.

Our products are compatible with a lot of door thickness. You can find this information on each product sheet.

Our hardware are compatible with any door width.

For each series, our tracks and rollers have been manufactured to work perfectly together. If you use our tracks with rollers from another brand and vice versa, we cannot guarantee that it will work.

Yes, all our products result from various searches and studies from our R&D department to guarantee you a silent and smooth rolling.

Yes, we do have a complete pocket door hardware kit for 2 x 4 walls: SLID’UP 2200 for max door height 7 feet and SLID’UP 2200 for max door height 8 feet.

In Canada, the most common sliding partition door widths range from 30” all the way up to 40.” The most common door thicknesses ranges from 1-3/8” to 1-3/4”.

For almost all our sliding hardware, a kit for additional door(s) exists. However, we do offer many sliding hardware for two or even three doors. You can find our kits for additional door(s) on the subcategory Spare parts of each product categories.

Yes, all our tracks and valances can be cut to size. You can use a metal saw to do it.

Yes absolutely! You can align as many tracks as you need.

If you plan a ceiling mounting, you just need to align the tracks properly.

If you plan a wall mounting, you can use our joining brackets SU5241 or SU5242 (only compatible with our SLID’UP 160, SLID’UP 170 and SLID’UP 190 series).

Depending on your project, we have connectable tracks to make longer tracks (more than 8 feet): SLID’UP 1000 & SLID’UP 1100.

Yes, but you need to make sure to use double brackets to mount two tracks in parallel. Please refer to the product description to figure out how many brackets are needed (if possible for the range selected).
You can also make your own brackets.

Yes, there is approximately a 3/16 in (5 mm) rectification on most of our sliding systems and hardware.

All tracks and valances are silver. However, you do have the ability to paint them. We advise you use a high quality paint.

All of our products are brand new.

If you need to buy individual parts from one of our kits, we sell almost all our products separately. You can find them in our spare parts subcategory on each product categories.

Our kits include everything for a ceiling mounting. If you want to do a wall-mounting, you will need to add wall-mounting brackets that are sold separately. You can find our wall-mounting brackets in our spare parts subcategory on each product categories.

For a wall-mounting, we recommend you place one bracket every 16”.

Yes, it depends on the sliding door hardware. Before purchasing one, make sure that your door respects the maximum door weight indicated on the product specification sheet.

We do offer several soft-closers for some of our ranges. You can find them in our Spart parts subcategory on each product categories.

Doors cannot fall off tracks. In every kit, we provide door stoppers that must be placed at each end of the track.

Our kits do not include accessories such as handles or locks. Those products are sold separately. You can find them in our “other hardware” category here: https://www.slidup.com/ca/en/product-category/other-hardware/

It depends on the range. We offer aluminum, galvanized steel, or metal tracks. The track material is specified on each product sheet.

Our tracks vary between 39” and 118”. On each product sheet, you can see all of the track dimensions that are available for each range. Our tracks can be cut to size or aligned to create a longer track.

Yes, all our products come with a 5-year warranty.

Invoice and Order

Shipping

We ship our sliding hardware and sliding systems in strong and secured cardboard tubes so that the products arrive in good condition.

Under normal circumstances, it will take between three and five business days to receive your order after it is placed.

You will be sent a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email once your item has shipped. You can also find the tracking information in your account.

Refunds and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order and would like to initiate a return, please contact us or review our return policy on the dedicated page Shipping and Return. Please note that we do not handle shipping fees. For any questions about a return, please contact our team.
