4/5
If there was 4.5 stars I would choose that. Our sliding glass door turned out perfect but it was an hours long process to get there. My chief complaint would be the instructions. There are visual step by step instructions and a video but no written instructions. For visual people this may work well but I struggled with some of it. A written explanation would have been very helpful for me. We had trouble fitting the sizing pieces as the 10mm ones did not fit our 10mm glass. We improvised and used two different sizes and thankfully it worked. The keeper at the bottom doesn’t work well for carpet flooring as it’s not high enough, I’ll have to find one that fits at the hardware store. The problems I had were not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things and I’m delighted that I was able to hang my glass sliding door for a third of the quoted price I received from the custom shop. Great do it yourself product! Anonymous A. 13/10/2020 following an order made on 19/09/2020 Reply from SLID'UP Team on 13/10/2020 Thank you for your feedback Rhianda!
