Do you have every product in stock?
We normally have every product in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you on the website.
Can I align multiple tracks to increase the overall length?
Yes absolutely! You can align as many tracks as you need.
Can I install bypass doors with a wall mounted set-up?
Yes, but you need to make sure to use double brackets to mount two tracks in parallel. Please refer to the product description to figure out how many brackets are needed (if possible for the range selected).
You can also make your own brackets.
Do I need a longer track if I am using two soft-closers?
No, you do not need a longer track.
Do you offer more color options for tracks and valances?
All tracks and valances are silver. However, you do have the ability to paint them. We advise you use a high quality paint.
What is the condition of the products?
All of our products are brand new.
For a wall-mounting, do I need to purchase any additional items than what is included in your kit?
Our kits include everything for a ceiling mounting. If you want to do a wall-mounting, you will need to add wall-mounting brackets that are sold separately. Is there a maximum weight for a sliding door?
Yes, it depends on the sliding door hardware. Before purchasing one, make sure that your door respects the maximum door weight indicated on the product specification sheet.
Are your rails made of aluminum or galvanized steel?
It depends on the range. We offer aluminum, galvanized steel, or metal tracks. The track material is specified on each product sheet.
What are the dimensions of your tracks?
Our tracks vary between 39” and 106”. On each product sheet, you can see all of the track dimensions that are available for each range. Our tracks can be cut to size or aligned to create a longer track.
Does SLID’UP hardware come with a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a 5-year warranty.

Track works. Mounting screws not so much. See review on hardware kit. We do not provide screws for the track fixing because the type of surface depends on each customers. The screws included in the kit are for the plates, not for the track. Our SLID’UP 170 track is manufactured with a small groove the leave space for the rollers and soft-closers. On page 2 of the soft-closer installation guide, you can find information about what to do with the screws that will be above the soft-close.
