Our limited warranty

We are confident in the quality of our products and care about your satisfaction. Mantion US Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our” or “Mantion”) warrants to the original purchaser of products purchased on our website that our product are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of your purchase of the product (the “Warranty Period”).

You will find below some information on the scope of this limited warranty, your rights under this limited warranty and how to bring a claim.

If you have any additional questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us by phone at 1 (866) 626-8466, by email at contact.us@slidup.com or via our live chat.

Who is covered by this limited warranty?

The original purchaser of the product can benefit from the limited warranty. For the limited warranty to apply, the product must have been purchased in the United States and be used for residential, non-commercial purposes and the claim must be made during the Warranty Period.

How to reach us if you need to make a warranty claim:

If you notice a defect during the Warranty Period, take pictures of the defect and contact us by phone at 1 (866) 626-8466, via email at contact.us@slidup.com or via our live chat.

What will be done to correct the problem?

We will examine the pictures and ask you some questions and decide if the defect is covered under our limited warranty. If it is covered, we will replace the product with the same or a comparable product.

What is excluded from the limited warranty?

The warranty does not apply to products that have been stored or assembled incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products.

The warranty does not apply if the products have been used for non-residential/non-domestic purposes.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents.

The warranty does not cover living finishes, which are designed to age and improve over time. Living finishes include raw brass, oil rubbed bronze, stainless steel, and other non-lacquered or non-PVD finishes. Frequency of use will cause the finish to gracefully age in appearance. These finish changes are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered by this limited warranty. Rather, they are indicative of normal wear and tear and reflect the essence of a living finish.

The warranty does not apply if indoor products have been placed outdoors or in a humid environment.

Replacement is the exclusive remedy provided under this limited warranty.

OUR LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

What if we disagree on a matter relating to this limited warranty or my purchase?

If there is any dispute between you and our company in connection with this limited warranty or your purchase of products, you agree to first contact us so that we can try to resolve the matter amicably. You can reach us at 1 (866) 626-8466 or via email at contact.us@slidup.com.

How can I get a paper copy of this limited warranty?
