Do you sell the door to go with the sliding door hardware?

We do not sell doors. We only sell the sliding hardware.

Do you have every product in stock?

We normally have every product in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you on the website.

Regarding sliding hardware for one door, can a second door be added?

Can the tracks and valences be cut to size?

Yes, all our tracks and valences can be cut to size. We perform this service free of charge. Just indicate in the comment section of your order and mention the exact length to be cut, in inches or centimeters.

Can I align multiple tracks to increase the overall length?

Yes absolutely! You can align as many tracks as you need.

My floor is not straight, is there a way to rectify it?

Yes, there is approximately a 3/16 in (5 mm) rectification on most of our sliding systems and hardware.

Do you offer more color options for tracks and valences?

The SLID’UP 200 tracks are only available in white. However, you do have the ability to paint them. We advise you use a high quality paint.

What is the condition of the products?

All of our products are brand new.

Is there a maximum weight for a sliding door?

Yes, it depends on the sliding door hardware. Before purchasing one, make sure that your door respects the maximum door weight indicated on the product specification sheet.

Do you offer soft close mechanisms?

We do not offer soft close mechanism for the SLID’UP 200 range.

What prevents the door from getting off the track?

Doors cannot get off tracks. In every kit, we provide door stoppers that must be placed at each end of the track.

Does your kit come with a guide for the bottom of the door?

Do your kits include door handles or locks?

Are your rails made of aluminum or galvanized steel?

It depends on the range. We offer aluminum, galvanized steel, or metal tracks. The track material is specified on each product sheet.

What are the dimensions of your tracks?

Our tracks vary between 39” and 118”. On each product sheet, you can see all of the track dimensions that are available for each range. Our tracks can be cut to size or aligned to create a longer track.

Does SLID’UP hardware come with a warranty?

Yes, all our products come with a 5-year warranty.
