How far apart should the brackets be?

For a wall-mounting, we recommend you place one bracket every 20” for SLID’UP 1200 and SLID’UP 1300. For SLID’UP 1100, we recommend one bracket every 16″.

I appreciate how the design reflects the use of the smallest possible hardware - it's elegant. Six 1" wood screws hold up a 60 pound door (yes, American). Hope they hold up to our wet Oregon winters.
